Woodfords Congregational Church has a large physical plant that enables us to offer space for rent to non-profit organizations. We have ample off-street parking and are fully handicapped accessible. We have a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate different sized groups. We are a non-smoking facility. Call the church office for scheduling. In order to secure space for rent, proof of non-profit status must be submitted to the church office as well as a signed contract and a security deposit. Our Sanctuary, which seats up to 700 people, can be used for worship, weddings, funerals, concerts, appropriate educational events, and other uses approved by the program staff/ Senior Pastor. Our Chapel, with approximately 100 seats, and our Memorial Garden, are ideal for small weddings and/or receptions. Other areas include our Memorial Hall with a fully-equipped kitchen for food preparation, a gymnasium, newly-refurbished Seely Hall with a small kitchenette, and other rooms that can accommodate up to 25 people. The hours available for rental are 8:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday & Friday and 8:30 am - 9:30 pm Tuesday - Thursday. If the scheduled event is not during regular hours a Sexton's fee may be required.
